Under the guidance of Allison, this workshop is designed to deepen your understanding and execution of the seven headstands that crown the intermediate series. Whether you’re looking to enhance your general headstand strength or practice the technique of the intermediate 7, this session will give you the tools and support needed to feel confident doing these headstands in the middle of the room.
