An exploration of the fundamentals of Astanga Vinyasa Yoga with Janice DeFilippi. The course will provide essential information to help you delve into the foundations of the Astanga Vinyasa practice in an accessible and lighthearted manner.
We will take a step-by-step look at the sun salutations, standing poses and closing postures to provide a practice that you can then deepen over time. Explore ujjayi breath, bandhas (internal energy locks), dristi (focus points) and postural alignment.
Open to new yogis AND current practitioners who are looking to learn more.
